You are looking for a holiday home in the Javea area and a partner with local knowledge who knows the neighbourhoods and can make sure that you visit as many properties as possible during your often-short stay. We make the arrangements with different estate agents and can introduce you to our English-speaking attorney who, when you find a property to your liking, can take care of the legal (research) work for you. You won’t pay us anything for the purchasing process. When the sale is finalised, we receive a fixed commission from the selling agent, which is set in advance. That means our purchasing services will not increase the price.
