Purchase guidance villa Balcon al Mar

We recently guided a family from Aerdenhout with the purchase of this beautiful villa with sea view in Javea. The wish has been for a long time to own a house on the north side of the Costa Blanca. Mainly for your own stay but also partly rental in your own absence. In addition to covering all fixed costs, a return can be made with the rental income. After making an inventory of the wishes, we started the search and presented a shortlist of seven villas. From this a selection has been made of four villas. After visiting the houses, one specific, recently refurbished beautiful villa with sea view fell. We did the price negotiations for the client and purchased part of the furniture in the sales price. After the deal was concluded, we supervised the purchase with our permanent building inspector, lawyer and notary. In addition, we helped with opening a Spanish bank account, applying for the NIE numbers and importing a car from the Netherlands. Client then requested us to act as property manager and to assist with rental. We are the first point of contact for tenants, we take care of the key transfer and cleaning.
