Property Management Basic

Our basic service is Basic Property Management. We have the key to your property and we are the first point of contact. We inspect your property monthly. During the inspection, we ventilate the house, check it for burglary or storm damage, flush toilets and drains, and check to make sure the electricity is working properly. We also check the cleaning.
